Frontend Web Development
A frontend developer is responsible for building the part of the website code that is delivered to and executed "client-side", in the user's web browser.
As an experienced frontend developer I am well versed in the modern technologies that make up a responsive website and am skilled in producing the code for it.
My toolset includes: HTML5, CSS3(SASS/LESS), Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, AJAX, SEO, Bootstrap, build systems (Grunt/Gulp), package managers (Bower, NPM), Google Analyitcs integration.
Backend Web Development
A backend developer focuses on the code that gets executed "server-side". Data from databases gets queried and processed here along with other logic.
My backend skills are primarily as a PHP/MySQL developer, specializing in Wordpress and Laravel development.
I am familiar with modern software design methodologies, including Object Oriented Programming (OOP), MVC, ORM, Microservices, RESTful APIs, oAuth, Agile.
